This is a creative work method that I have been developing for about 2 years. It is rooted in bioenergetic practices and body awareness exercises for “grounding”, deep breathing and releasing tension. We focus on creating a space for imagination, activating our antennas for spontaneity, identifying movement as a way of telling stories, working with silence and introspection, discovering our own personal and collective rhythm. This lession is for everyone who’d like to develop and expand their intuition, awareness and creative potential.
