Co-creating Sustainable Livelihoods with young people: A Cross – Sectoral and Intergenerational Dialogue

Open-Learning-Event-on-3

"Livelihoods." Till now this term meant either skill training to seek better livelihoods or entrepreneurship. But post Pandemic, both the startup ecosystem and employment ratios have gone for a toss, resulting in depression, stress and other related social problems in communities. It is necessary now to boost confidence in youth, encourage and enable them to create livelihoods not only for themselves, but for others too in their community. Stakeholders in all the sectors need to create spaces and innovations to address this. While many organisations are working towards this, each one of them faces a different challenge. It is important for them to come together, share, learn and help each other overcome their challenges, so that the youth of our country are not deprived of sustainable livelihoods, and hence overall economic well being.

The event will see different stakeholders and institutions who are working with young people on livelihoods to come together and share their experiences and best practices.
