In this session, we will think together about the role of the humanities and define the human sciences, in he context of its use at the Global Futures Laboratory of Arizona State University, international sustainability sciences and educational platforms. Panelists will also explore how emergent research on environments and technology is re-imagining the question of the human in the wake of planetary crisis and ecological precarity.

This roundtable will explore the increasingly indeterminate boundaries between the technological, biological, and social forces that structure our relationships to environmental crises.
