Jonathan is CEO of Future Foundations & Co-founder of Global Social Leaders. He has worked with Vodafone, McKinsey and Amazon Web Services to design and deliver transformational employee development programmes which support the wellbeing and development of young people. He is working with Global Action Plan and Persil, to develop a new UK schools programme focused on developing compassionate values. He is passionate about supporting people to thrive, and establishing sustainable cross-sector partnerships to enable sustainable change.
