Laure Frech Brouard

Laure co-founded Snowball Effect with the aim to help changemakers from different countries learn from one another. In her experience she saw many changemakers unknowingly reinvent the wheel, because they don’t know that someone else already solved a similar problem elsewhere before. With Snowball Effect she selects proven impactful initiatives worth replicating and she spreads their models through “Solutions Exhibitions” in different cities throughout the world.

Laure holds a double diploma from Neoma business school and CentraleSupélec engineering school. Prior to co-founding Snowball Effect, Laure has been working in the field of social innovation for +8 years, as a social entrepreneur, social intrapreneur and project manager at a French NGO supporting social innovation (Ticket for Change). In 2021 she also won the European Social Innovation Competition with her team. Besides, she also trained herself to become a certified career coach from the International Coaching Federation. She’s French, living currently in Vienna (Austria) and happy to spend time with her relatives and to sing in her free time.
