Prof Vinayak Salunkhe

Vinayak Salunkhe joins Earth Day Network India with experience teaching environmental science and sustainability science to undergraduate and postgraduate students at various universities. Vinayak has consulted for many projects commissioned to NGOs, universities, corporates, and government agencies and with agencies such as the UNDP. He is the founder of the Global Youth for Environment and Sustainability – GY4ES.ORG, an NGO that aims to inspire environmental stewardship among youth through awareness, education, and research.

Vinayak has received several recognitions for his work. He was selected as a Fellow by the Indian State of Maharashtra to engage in rural development.
