Charoltta Chandrika Martinus

Charlotta trained with the Sivananda Vedanta Organisation in 2003 and has been teaching yoga to young people ever since. She has also trained with Dr Uma Krishnamurti and Mukunda Styles as well as the Minded Institute, to become a Yoga Therapist for mental health. She visits India regularly to deepen her understanding of the ancient texts and wisdom. In 2020, she was awarded the prestigious title of Master of Yoga by the International Yoga Alliance. Her book TeenYoga for Yoga therapists was published in 2018. She speaks regularly on the BBC on yoga for young people and writes for the Om Yoga magazine and Yoga journal in USA, Australia and Canada.
