Ema Stefanac

Ema Stefanac is a graduate professor of Italian language, literature and culture with a master’s degree in educational policies. Working with children of all ages inspires and motivates her to discover a new, modern approach to education in which children are actively involved in the learning process and fully realize their rights and obligations as responsible citizens. That is why she chose Design for Change, as her main working methodology, through which it is possible to achieve just that. She has experience working with children in formal and non-formal education settings, has taught Italian language and civil education in primary and secondary school, while for the last few years she is an accredited DFC trainer designing and facilitating DFC workshops for teachers. Currently she is also working in one of the biggest NGOs in Serbia, in raising the capacity of civil society organizations through trainings and mentorship.
