Rumit is a staunch environmentalist from a very young age. After graduating in Environmental Engineering and Geoinformatics, he founded Tears of the Earth, an NGO that works to conserve our planet-Earth. Rumit is a born leader who has inspired several youth to join the movement he started. Believing in the need for collective action to stymie climate change, he networks with several other NGOs do that a concerted effort is made. His work for social and environmental causes has won him several awards.
